1 Gasket

• Replace

2 Intake manifold

• Tighten the bolts to 22 Nm.

3 Seal

• Replace

4 Intake connection

5 Intake flap motor (V157)

• When engine is switched off, the intake manifold flap is closed for approximately 3 seconds and then opens again. This reduces the stop jolt.

6 From charge air cooler

7 10 Nm

8 Electrical EGR vacuum regulator solenoid valve (N18) with EGR potentiometer (G212)

• Exhaust gas recirculation, assembly overview => [ EGR System Assembly Overview ] Service and Repair.

9 Gasket

• Replace

10 Connecting pipe

• To cooler for exhaust gas recirculation

• Exhaust gas recirculation components, assembly overview => [ EGR System Assembly Overview ] Service and Repair.

11 22 Nm

12 Bracket

• For harness connector

13 22 Nm
