Online System Test

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Vehicle Diagnostic, Testing and Information System (VAS 5051B)

The following steps will be performed by this test program:

• System test for online connection

• Test of user authorization

• Test to determine if there is a correct wire connection to the Volkswagen database

The requirements for this is the online connection to the (VAS 5051B)

Procedure

- Connect the (VAS 5051B).

- Select "Guided Fault Finding" in the (VAS 5051B).

- Use the GO TO button to select the "function/component selection" and the following menu options one after the other:

• Anti-theft immobilizer 4A download

From MY 2010
