1 Toothed belt guard, upper

2 Toothed belt

• Mark direction of rotation before removing

• Check for wear

• Do not kink

• Removing and installing => [ Toothed Belt ] Toothed Belt.

3 20 Nm + 45° (1/8 turn) additional turn

4 Tensioner roller

5 100 Nm

6 25 Nm

7 Camshaft sprocket

8 Hub

• With sensor wheel

• Use counter-holder (T10051 ) to loosen and tighten

• To remove, use pulling fixture (T10052)

• Removing and installing => [ Camshaft ] Service and Repair.

9 10 Nm

• Replace

10 Toothed belt guard, rear

11 Grommet

• Replace if damaged

12 Idler roller

13 Coolant pump

• Removing and installing => [ Coolant Pump ] Service and Repair.

14 Crankshaft sprocket

15 120 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn) additional turn

• Replace

• Use spur belt spreader (3099) to loosen and tighten

• Do not lubricate or grease the threads or collar

• Additional rotation can occur in several stages

16 15 Nm

17 20 Nm

18 Toothed belt guard, lower

19 Vibration damper pulley

• Only possible to install in one position - Bores are offset

20 10 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn) additional turn

21 Cover

22 Toothed belt guard, center

23 45 Nm

24 Engine mount bracket
