1 Toothed belt guard, upper

2 Toothed belt

• Mark direction of rotation before removing

• Check for wear

• Do not kink

• Removing and installing => [ Toothed Belt ] Toothed Belt.

3 20 Nm + 45° (1/8 turn) additional turn

4 Tensioner roller

5 100 Nm

6 25 Nm

7 Camshaft sprocket

8 Hub

• With sensor wheel

• Use counter-holder (T10051 ) to loosen and tighten

• To remove, use pulling fixture (T10052)

• Removing and installing => [ Camshaft ] Service and Repair.

9 10 Nm

• Replace

10 Toothed belt guard, rear

11 Grommet

• Replace if damaged

12 Tensioner

13 Idler roller

14 Coolant pump

• Removing and installing => [ Coolant Pump ] Service and Repair.

15 Crankshaft sprocket

16 120 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn) additional turn

• Replace

• Use spur belt spreader (3099) to loosen and tighten

• Do not lubricate or grease the threads or collar

• Additional rotation can occur in several stages

17 15 Nm

18 20 Nm

19 Toothed belt guard, lower

20 Vibration damper pulley

• Only possible to install in one position - Bores are offset

21 10 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn) additional turn

22 Cover

23 Toothed belt guard, center

24 45 Nm

25 Engine mount bracket
