4 - Intake manifold
- With Motor for intake flap -V157-
5 - O-ring
- Replace
6 - EGR vacuum regulator solenoid valve -N18-
7 - 10 Nm
8 - Seal
- Replace
9 - Connecting pipe
- Intake manifold - bypass flap
- First secure bolts loosely and then tighten
10 - Radiator
- For exhaust gas recirculation
- Coolant hose diagram
11 - Exhaust manifold
- Can only be replaced complete with turbocharger
- Removing and installing
12 - Seal
- Replace
13 - 22 Nm
- Replace
- Oil threaded studs with G 052 112 A3
14 - Connecting pipe
- Exhaust turbocharger - bypass flap
- First secure nuts/bolts loosely and then tighten
15 - Seal
- Replace
16 - Bypass flap
- Allows exhaust gas flow into exhaust gas recirculation cooler when Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) cooler switch-over valve -N345- is activated
