- To cooler for Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR), item 10

- Always replace
4 - Upper section of intake manifold
5 - O-ring
- Always replace
6 - EGR Vacuum Regulator Solenoid Valve -N18-*
7 - 10 Nm
8 - O-ring
- Always replace
9 - Intake manifold flap
- With Motor for intake flap -V157-*
10 - 10 Nm
11 - Gasket
- Always replace
12 - Gasket
- Always replace
13 - Lower section of intake manifold
- With shift rod
14 - 10 Nm
- Note tightening sequence
15 - Bracket
