Automatic Rollover Protection





Removal

- Open the convertible top.

- Raise automatic rollover protection.

- Disconnect the battery ground connection.

- Remove the backrest.

- Disconnect connection - 5 - from the solenoid switch (driver rollover protection solenoid ' (N309)/' front passenger rollover protection solenoid (N310))

- Remove the automatic rollover protection trim.

- Remove bolts - 1 -.

- Pull the automatic rollover protection out and up.

Installation





- Insert the automatic rollover protection into the opening from above.

- Thread in bolts - 1 - (29 Nm).

- Install the automatic rollover protection trim.

- Press the automatic rollover protection down. Refer to => [ Lowering Automatic Rollover Protection ] Automatic Rollover Protection, Convertible

- Reconnect connection - 5 - to the solenoid switch (driver rollover protection solenoid ' (N309)/front passenger rollover protection solenoid ' (N310))

- Install the backrest.

- Connect the battery ground connection.

CAUTION!
No one should be in the vehicle.

After connecting the battery, the vehicle options (radio, clock, electric window regulator) must be checked according to the repair information and/or user manual.





Impact Bar

- Open the convertible top.

- Raise the automatic rollover protection.

- Remove expanding rivet - 2 -.





- Remove impact bar - 1 -.
