Function 07 - Coding Instrument Cluster, from 10.00
Use this function to code the instrument cluster control module (J285) with the following information:
• Available equipment
• Market version
• Code number for service intervals
• Code number for distance impulse number ("K" number)
Coding
- Connect scan tool (VAG 1551) , select operating mode 1 "Rapid data transfer", switch on ignition and input address word 17 "Instrument cluster".
After control module identification and immobilizer identification number are displayed:
- Press -> button.
