The Electronic Steering Column Lock Control Module -J764-, attached to the steering column, with index level D can only be adapted to the Anti-Theft Immobilizer Control Module -J362- once.

The part number of the Electronic Steering Column Lock Control Module -J764- can be viewed electronically at the first screen when entering diagnostic address 25. This should be done with the original Comfort System Central Control Module -J393- installed and is only possible with successful communication.

When replacing the Comfort System Central Control Module -J393- observe the index level of the Electronic Steering Column Lock Control Module -J764-.

If the index level of the Electronic Steering Column Lock Control Module -J764- is indexed at D:

^ Replace the Electronic Steering Column Lock Control Module -J764-
