1 Clutch plate
• Assembly overview, refer to => [ Clutch Pate Assembly ]
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Generation II Haldex Clutch Grooved Ball Bearing ] Generation II Haldex Clutch Grooved Ball Bearing.
2 Bolts
• 6 Nm
3 Haldex clutch pump (V181)
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Haldex Clutch Pump ] Service and Repair.
4 O-ring
• Diameter 32 mm
• For the Haldex clutch pump.
• Coat with high performance Haldex clutch oil and insert.
• Always replace
5 O-ring
• Diameter 30 mm
• For the Haldex clutch pump.
• Coat with high performance Haldex clutch oil and insert.
• Always replace
6 Sealing cap
• 35 Nm
7 O-ring
• For the sealing cap.
• Coat with high performance Haldex clutch oil and insert.
• Always replace
8 Oil filter carrier
9 O-ring
• For the oil filter carrier.
• Coat with high performance Haldex clutch oil and insert.
• Always replace
10 O-ring
• For the oil filter.
• Coat with high performance Haldex clutch oil and insert.
• Always replace
11 Oil filter
• For the Haldex clutch.
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Haldex Clutch Oil Filter ] Service and Repair.
12 Spring
13 Haldex clutch housing
• Complete Haldex clutch, removing and installing. Refer to => [ Haldex Clutch Assembly Overview ] Haldex Clutch Assembly Overview.
• Removing from clutch plate, refer to => [ Generation II Haldex Clutch Grooved Ball Bearing ] Generation II Haldex Clutch Grooved Ball Bearing.
14 Nut
• 210 Nm
• Secure with locking fluid (D 000 600).
15 Rear final drive flange
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Rear Final Drive Flange Seal, with Final Drive Installed ] Rear Final Drive Flange Seal, With Final Drive Installed.
16 Rear final drive flange Seal
Removing and installing, refer to => [ Rear Final Drive Flange Seal, with Final Drive Installed ] Rear Final Drive Flange Seal, With Final Drive Installed.
17 Securing ring
18 Ball bearing
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Generation II Haldex Clutch Grooved Ball Bearing ] Generation II Haldex Clutch Grooved Ball Bearing.
19 All wheel drive control module (J492)
• With Haldex clutch control valve.
• With oil pressure/temperature sensor.
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ All Wheel Drive Control Module ] All Wheel Drive Control Module.
20 Bolts
• 6 Nm
21 O-ring
• Coat with high performance Haldex clutch oil and insert.
• Always replace

Quantity: 3
Installation position: Roller faces outside.
4 - Track rollers
