Headlamp Washer System, Ventilating

After assembly work or when first operating, headlamp cleaning system must be ventilated to ensure proper function of lift cylinders and spray jets.

- Fill washer fluid reservoir.
- Start the engine.
- Switch headlamps to "ON".
- Operate headlamp cleaning system several times (3-5 impulses for every 3 second period).
- If necessary, repeat this ventilation procedure until proper function of lift cylinders and washer nozzles is obtained.
