• Before replacing the bumper cover, see if it is possible to repair the damage.

• Due to model variations, small deviations must be considered during removal and installation.





1 Bumper cover

• Material - PP/EPDM

• Removing and Installing, refer to --> [ Bumper Cover ] Front Bumper, from 11.2006

2 Bolt

• Quantity: 4

• 6 Nm

3 Bolt

• Quantity: 2, installed through vent grille

• 2 Nm

4 Bolt

• Quantity: 5, 1 at top and 4 to wheel housing liner

• 2 Nm

5 Bolt

• Quantity: 6

• 2 Nm

6 Spring nut

• Left and right

7 Guide trim

Front Bumper Attachments

• Due to model variations, small deviations must be considered during removal and installation.





1 Bumper cover

• Material - PP/EPDM

• Removing and Installing, refer to --> [ Bumper Cover ] Front Bumper, from 11.2006

2 Vent grille

• Both side vent grilles are components of the bumper cover

• Cannot be replaced separately

3 Left chrome strip

• Glued to the bumper cover

4 Foam piece

5 Reflector

• Only USA vehicles

• Left and right

• Clipped into spoiler.

• Can be carefully removed from exterior using a plastic wedge.

6 Spreader clip

• Left and right

• Additional connection from spoiler to bumper cover

7 Left cover

• Clipped into spoiler.

• Can be carefully removed from exterior using a plastic wedge.

8 Spoiler

• Clipped into bumper cover.

• Material PC/ABS

• Only to be removed from removed bumper.

9 Right cover

• Clipped into spoiler.

• Can be carefully removed from exterior using a plastic wedge.

10 Cable tie

• Quantity: 2

• For securing foam piece to bumper and spoiler.

11 Right chrome strip

• Glued to the bumper cover

12 Radiator grille

• Only to be removed from removed bumper.

• Due to model variations, small deviations must be considered during removal and installation.





1 Support piece

• Disassemble only with guide trims removed.

2 Guide trim

3 Bolt

• Quantity: 4

• 6 Nm

4 Bolt

• Quantity: 4

• 1.5 Nm

5 Bolt

• Quantity: 2
