• Replace

14 Secondary Air Injection (AIR) combination valve

• Cylinder bank 2 (left).

• Checking, refer to --> [ Secondary Air Injection Combination Valve, Checking ] Secondary Air Injection Combination Valve, Checking.

• Removing and installing, refer to --> [ Secondary Air Injection Combination Valve ] Service and Repair.

15 Bolt, 9 Nm

16 Bolt, 9 Nm

17 For the vacuum reservoir

19 Securing clip

20 To the Secondary Air Injection (AIR) solenoid valves

21 Air guide hose

• Between the combination valves.

22 Secondary Air Injection (AIR) sensor 1 (G609)

23 Pressure pipe

24 Bolt, 9 Nm

25 Gasket

• Replace

26 Secondary Air Injection (AIR) combination valve

• Cylinder bank 1 (right).

• Checking, refer to --> [ Secondary Air Injection Combination Valve, Checking ] Secondary Air Injection Combination Valve, Checking.

• Removing and installing, refer to --> [ Secondary Air Injection Combination Valve ] Service and Repair.

27 Nut, 9 Nm

• At front right in wheel housing below the longitudinal member.

• Removing and installing, refer to --> [ Secondary Air Injection Pump ] Service and Repair.

Component Location for AIR Pump Relay (J299)





• In the E-box in plenum chamber.

• Secondary air injection pump relay (J299) - 1 - is inserted in socket "A4".
