• Always replace.

2 Nut

• 20 Nm

• Always replace

• Coat the studs on the exhaust manifold with hot bolt paste.

3 Banjo Bolt

• 35 Nm

4 Seal

• Always replace

5 Bolt

• 9 Nm

6 Bolt

• 23 Nm

• Installed with two brackets only on the coolant return pipe.

7 Coolant Return Pipe

• Gradual introduction of coolant return pipe with a bracket.

8 Turbocharger

9 Support

10 Bolt

• 30 Nm

• Coat the bolt with hot bolt paste.

11 Bolt

• 30 Nm

• Coat the bolt with hot bolt paste.

12 Support

13 Bolt

• 23 Nm

14 Nut

• 30 Nm

• Always replace.

• Do not loosen to remove the turbocharger.

• Coat the studs on the exhaust manifold with hot bolt paste.
