- Loosen release coupling - 1 - over headlamp on driver side of lock carrier - 2 - from clips - 3 -.






- Open release coupling - 1 - upward in - direction of arrow b - and remove cable - 4 - in - direction of arrow a - from coupling - 1 -.

Release, Engaging

- Take release - 4 - and engage it in - direction of arrow a - in cable coupling - 1 -.






- Connect release coupling - 1 - in - direction of arrow b - and lock coupling in clips - 3 - on lock carrier - 2 -.

• When installing, make sure that the release sleeve is inserted correctly and the coupling is locked.

• Before closing the hood, test the release lever and the release.
