Clean Working Conditions
Hydraulic oil damages paint. If hydraulic oil comes into contact with painted surfaces, remove oil immediately.
Hydraulic oil and cleaning materials contaminated with hydraulic oil must be disposed of properly.
• Place suitable containers under connections points that will be opened and have foil and paper ready so that no hydraulic oil reaches painted surfaces.
• Seal off opened hydraulic lines with cover caps to prevent more hydraulic oil from escaping.
• Connection points on hydraulic system and surrounding areas must be cleaned after loosening.
• Removed parts which will be used again should be laid on a clean surface. Do not use any fibrous or fuzzy materials.
• Only remove replacement parts from packaging right before installation. Only install clean parts.
