Rear Window Frame, Adjusting
• In order to adjust rear window frame, roof must be completely closed and locked. Vehicle must be resting on the wheels, which are on the ground.
• After adjusting rear window frame, CSC roof functions may not be restricted.
• Adjustment should not cause any tension in rear window frame and in hinge.
• Locking mechanisms and rear window frame must lock properly. The hook must move in the center of the locking bracket.
The gaps to the adjacent components are adjusted within the elongated holes in the threaded connections - 5 -.
A rear window frame side offset - 1 - is evened out with spacer plates - 7 -.
• If a spacer plate - 7 - is added, a washer - 6 - must be removed from the threaded connection - 5 -.
• If a spacer plate - 7 - is added, remove a washer - 6 - from the threaded connection - 5 -.
The guides - 2 - prevent the rear window frame from moving sideways.
• Adding spacer plates - 3 - evens out the play between the guide - 2 - and the guide (in the rear shelf).

• There must be equal number of spacer plates on the left and right sides.
- Set the adjustment to "0". Remove 1 or 2 spacer plates on each side until a 1 to 2 mm pretension is reached.
