1 Glass Panel for Sunroof (One-Piece Safety Glass)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Sunroof with Glass Panel ] Sunroof with Glass Panel

• Adjusting, refer to => [ Sunroof Glass Panel, Adjusting Height ] Sunroof Glass Panel, Adjusting Height

2 Panel Seal

• Replace, refer to => [ Panel Seal ] Panel Seal

• Adjusting, refer to => [ Adjusting Panel Seal ] Adjusting Panel Seal

• Seal joint at center in rear area

3 Sun Shade

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Sun Shade ] Sun Shade

4 Screw

• Screws are microencapsulated and must always be replaced after removing.

• Qty. 4

• 1.8 Nm

5 Spring Glider

• Bolted to sun shade

• Qty. 4

• Can be replaced separately

• Removing, refer to => [ Sun Shade ] Sun Shade

6 Bellow

• For covering slotted guide rail

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Bellows ] Bellows

7 Water Channel/Upper Transverse Link

• Removing, refer to => [ Upper Transverse Link ] Upper Transverse Link

8 Guide Locking Hook

• Removed together with slotted rail, refer to => [ Slotted Guide Rail ] Slotted Guide Rail

9 Upper End Piece

• Clipped to lower part of end piece

• Removing, refer to => [ Upper Transverse Link ] Upper Transverse Link

10 Lower End Piece

• Can be replaced separately

• Use butyl adhesive sealing cord (AKL 450 005 05) for sealing

11 Assembly Unit

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Installation Unit ] Installation Unit

• As necessary, lubricate guide channels exclusively (G 000 450 02), otherwise function is not guaranteed.

12 Screw

• Screws are microencapsulated and must always be replaced after removing.

• Qty. 3

• 3.5 Nm

13 Hex Key Wrench

• For Emergency Operation

• Hex wrench is stored in vehicle tool kit.

14 Electrical Drive Motor

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Sunroof Glass Panel Drive Motor ] Sunroof Glass Panel Drive Motor

• Adjusting drive motor (zero position), refer to => [ Sunroof Glass Panel Drive Motor, Adjusting Neutral Position ] Sunroof Glass Panel Drive Motor, Adjusting Neutral Position

15 Spring

• Qty. 2

• To open wind deflector

• Clipped in on wind deflector and cannot be replaced individually

• Removing => [ Wind Deflector ] Wind Deflector

16 Wind Deflector

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Wind Deflector ] Wind Deflector

17 Wind Deflector Bearing

• Qty. 2

• Clipped in on wind deflector and cannot be replaced individually

• Removing, refer to => [ Wind Deflector ] Wind Deflector

18 Front Guide

• Can be slid individually out of guide rail

• Removing, refer to => [ Slotted Guide Rail ] Slotted Guide Rail

19 Lower Rear Guide Part

• Removed together with slotted rail, refer to => [ Slotted Guide Rail ] Slotted Guide Rail

20 Torx(R) Screw

• 3 per side

• 5 Nm

21 Slotted Guide Rail

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Slotted Guide Rail ] Slotted Guide Rail

22 Spacer

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Slotted Guide Rail ] Slotted Guide Rail
