Radio - "Premium 5.5 (SDARS)"

General Information

"SDARS" = Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service

Radio system "Premium 5.5 (SDARS)" is installed as an optional equipment from 06.04.

The radio system consists of an integrated receiver/CD Player head unit and speakers located in A-pillar trims, front doors and rear side panels.

"Premium 5.5 (SDARS)" systems are distinguished by an integrated single CD player in the head unit. Also by a separate satellite radio receiver and an antenna capable of receiving dedicated satellite radio broadcasts.

CD Player is compatible with CD-A, CD-R,CD- RW and MP3.

A CD changer is available as optional equipment. Location: in center console under armrest.

Some "Premium 5.5 (SDARS)" radio systems are able to receive an auxiliary input, this connection is mounted in the right side of the trim under steering column
