5th Gear Synchronization Offset Springs

These springs are installed on both sides.





- These springs can only be installed in older transmissions in conjunction with hollow locking pieces.

- Insert locking pieces. Installation position: => [ Disassembling and assembling synchronization of 5th gear ] Input Shaft

Installation position of springs:

- Install springs at 120 degrees offset.

- Angled end - A - of spring must engage into hollow locking piece.





It must be located below tab - B - of locking pieces.

The offset end always faces away from synchronizer hub in direction of - arrow -.
