^ To facilitate installing the generator, slightly drive back threaded bushings for retaining bolts on generator.

^ Do not remove relay pulley

13 - Air conditioner compressor

^ Before removing, mark direction of rotation using chalk or felt-tip marker
^ Check for wear

^ Before removing, mark direction of rotation using chalk or felt-tip marker
^ Check for wear
^ Do not kink

17 - Belt pulley/vibration damper

Strength category 12.9:
^ 70 Nm
Strength category 10.9:
^ 50 Nm plus an additional 1/4 turn (90°)

19 - Coolant pump
^ In cylinder block

20 - Tensioning element for ribbed belt for A/C compressor
^ Tightening torque: 35 Nm
^ Do not remove tensioning roller

21 - Tensioning element for ribbed belt for generator, vane pump and coolant pump
^ Tightening torque: 35 Nm
^ Do not remove tensioning roller

22 - 40 Nm plus an additional 1/4 turn (90°)
^ Replace

23 - 25 Nm

24 - Bushing
^ 2 pieces
