Anti-Theft Immobilizer Online System Test

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System (VAS5051B)

The following steps will be performed by this test program:

• System test for the online connection

• Test of user authorization

• Testing for the correct connection to the Volkswagen data bank

It is necessary that the tester have an online connection (network connection)

- Connect the (VAS5051B).

- On the (VAS5051B), select "Guided Fault Finding".

- Using the "Go To" button, select "Functions/Component selection" and the following menu options in sequence:

• Body

• Electrical Equipment

• 01 - OBD capable systems

• Anti-Theft Immobilizer

• Anti-theft Immobilizer functions

• Online system test
