Door Hinges, Assembly Overview
NOTE:
- The description applies to the right side. The left side is derived accordingly from this.
- Bolts for door hinges must always be replaced after loosening.
- The tightening torque for the bolts from the door hinge to the door - 2,4 and 12 - has changed.
1 - Door
2 - Socket head bolt
- 50 Nm
- Always replace bolts after loosening
3 - Door hinge
- Upper portion is attached to lower portion of hinge with screw - 8 -.
- Hinge is divided
4 - Socket head bolt
- 50 Nm
- Always replace bolts after loosening
5 - Socket head bolt
- Installed from the vehicle interior
- Remove lower A-pillar trim
- 20 Nm + 1/4 additional turn (90°)
- Always replace bolts after loosening
6 - Door hinge with door arrester
- Lower portion is attached to upper portion of hinge with screw - 8 -.
- Hinge is divided
7 - Socket head bolt
- 20 Nm + 1/4 additional turn (90°)
- Always replace bolts after loosening
8 - Screw
- This screw must be unscrewed to remove the door from the hinge
- 28 Nm
9 - Socket head bolt
- 20 Nm + 1/4 additional turn (90°)
- Always replace bolts after loosening
10 - Door hinge
- Lower portion is attached to upper portion of hinge with screw - 14 -.
- Hinge is divided
11 - Socket head bolt
- 20 Nm + 1/4 additional turn (90°)
- Always replace bolts after loosening
12 - Socket head bolt
- 50 Nm
- Always replace bolts after loosening
13 - Door hinge
- Upper portion is attached to lower portion of hinge with screw - 14 -.
- Hinge is divided
14 - Screw
- 20 Nm + 1/4 additional turn (90°)
- This screw must be screwed down to remove door from hinge pin.
