Sealing Flange Seal, Transmission Side

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Assembly Tool (T10122)

• Pulling Hook (T20143)

Removing

- Install the (T20143/2) behind the sealing lip of the oil seal as shown.





- Support the (T20143/2) on the sealing flange and pry out the seal in the - direction of the arrow -.

Installing

- Install the seal - A - over the (T10122/1) onto the (T10122/2).





- Separate the (T10122/1) from the (T10122/2)

- Place the (T10122/2) with a dry seal onto the crankshaft.

- Drive in the seal into the sealing flange until seated using (T10122/3).
