A/C Refrigerant System Components, Replacing
CAUTION:
- There is a danger of ice-up.
- Refrigerant may leak out if refrigerant circuit is not discharged.
- Refrigerant must be extracted before opening refrigerant circuit.
1 - A/C compressor
- Manufacturers identification for Sanden: PXE16
- Manufacturers identification for Zexel: DSC17E
- Pay attention to notes for installing A/C compressor

3 - Fluid reservoir with dryer cartridge
NOTE:
- Under certain conditions, the dryer cartridge must no longer be replaced after each time refrigerant circuit is opened.
- Fluid reservoir with dryer cartridge is installed on right or left side on condenser, depending on engine version.

Removing High Pressure Sensor G65
NOTE: For better depiction, right headlight is removed.
- Disconnect harness connector from high pressure sensor -1-.
- Unscrew High Pressure Sensor -2- from connection of refrigerant line.
NOTE:
- Replace O-ring
- High Pressure Sensor G65 -2- may also be installed on a different side in the vicinity of the condenser, depending on the engine version.
