Ventilation, Checking

• The stale air escapes via ventilation openings in the luggage compartment trim.

• If the ventilation is to function properly the ventilation openings must not be covered.

• Ventilation frames are located in rear side panels, behind bumper.

Checking

• The ventilation can be checked through the luggage compartment.

• Depending on the vehicle equipment lever, additional components may need to be removed.

- Remove the luggage compartment side trim.





- The sealing lips - 1 - in the ventilation frame on both sides of vehicle must be free to move and close automatically.

Removing

- Remove rear bumper.





- Remove the ventilation frames - 1 - from the side panel.

- Observe installed position
