Door, Adjusting
• Vehicle must stand on its wheels in order to be able to perform the rear door adjustment.
• The rear door is properly adjusted when there is an overall even gap dimension when closed, it is not too far inward or outward and contours align.
• Perform corrosion protection measures on the hinge and bolts after assembly or adjusting work.
For correct gap dimension adjustment, screws - 5, 6, 9 and 13 - at B-pillar must be loosened. For bolt - 5 -, lower B-pillar trim must be removed.
Other measures, such as aligning the door upward, are not effective. Excess pressure thereafter will again cause the door to sag.
Bolts - 2, 3 and 11 - must be loosened to adjust flush dimension correctly.
(3320) with (3320/3) must be used for this.
