Roof Trim Lamps and Switches


Map/Reading Lamps

CAUTION!
When removing and installing components in visible area (switches, covers, trim, etc.), cover by taping the areas at which a prying tool (plastic wedge, screwdriver) will be positioned using commercially available adhesive tape.

Removing

- Switch off ignition, switch off all electrical consumers and remove ignition key.

- Carefully pry diffusion lens out of console in molded headliner - arrow -.





- Release and disconnect the connector - arrow -.





Bulb, replacing

• Replacement of lamps for both reading lamps is performed in the same way and is only described for one lamp.

- Turn lamp socket in direction of - arrow - and remove.





- Carefully remove bulb from socket.





- Replace bulb (12V, 5 W).

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal.
