Telephone Baseplate, From 06.06

Telephone baseplate installed location on the instrument panel





Removal

Do the following before starting the procedure:

- Turn off the ignition and all electric consumers and remove the key.

- Remove the cellular telephone from the mount.

- Rotate retainer clockwise - arrow - and loosen bracket






- Loosen both TORX(R) bolts - arrows -.






- Remove the wiring harness.

- Disconnect electrical connector.

Installation

Install in reverse order of removal.

Make sure that wiring harness is connected correctly.

- Connect connector and guide wiring harness back into instrument panel.

- Re-attach cell phone bracket mount - arrows -.






- Clip the telephone baseplate to the mount.
