Vacuum Pump

Removing
^ Remove the engine cover.
^ Remove the air filter.
^ Remove the high pressure pump using the roller tappet.





^ Disconnect the ground wire (GND) - 3 - and remove the bolt - 4 -.





^ Remove the vacuum hose - 1 - from the vacuum pump.





^ Remove the bolts -arrows- and remove the vacuum pump.

Note:
^ Do not disassemble the vacuum pump.

Installing
Installation is the reverse of removal, noting the following:
^ Clean the sealing surfaces.
^ Install the seal on the vacuum pump, install the 2 bolts and then mount it on the cylinder head.
