Fresh Air Blower (V2)/Fresh Air Blower Control Module (J126)

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System (VAS 5051B) (or succeeding model)

Perform the following work first:

- Turn off all electric consumers.

- Switch off the ignition.

- Remove the key.

The fresh air blower and fresh air blower control module are accessible from the passenger footwell.

• The fresh air blower control module and the fresh air blower are in a single housing together and cannot be replaced individually.

Removal

- Remove the heater partition. Refer to=> [ Partition ] Service and Repair.

- Disconnect the connector from the fresh air blower (V2) with fresh air blower control module (J126) - 1 -.






- Disengage locking mechanism - 2 - and then turn and remove the fresh air blower and the fresh air blower control module - in the direction of arrow -.
