Removing

- Remove the felt strips and drill out both rivets - arrows - with a 2.5 mm spiral drill.






- Remove the rivet heads with a 4.5 mm spiral drill.

- Remove the mount - 1 - from the profile bracket - 2 - - arrow -.






- Remove the protruding rivet shafts - 3 - and - 4 - with a diagonal cutter.

- Counterbore the remaining material with a drift.

Installation

- Position the spring - 1 - in the mount - 2 -.






• Ensure that the spring hole and the hole in the mount align.

- Position the mount - 1 - with the installed spring - 2 - on the profile bracket - 3 -. The symbol on the mount must face up.






• Ensure that the rivet holes in the mount and the profile bracket align.

- Insert the two rivets - 4 - in the rivet holes.

- Both rivets should be riveted with light pressure with the Pop Rivet Pliers (VAS 5072).

- Position the bracket - 1 - in the mount - 2 - with pressure.






• The installation position is reached when the holes in the bracket and in the mount align.

- Insert the grooved pin - 3 - in the hole and drive it in with a hammer.

- Attach the felt to the specified location on the mount.
