Exterior Rearview Mirror

• The following describes removing and installing the right exterior mirror. Removing and installing the left exterior mirror is identical.

Removing

- Remove the trim panel on the driver side.






- Disconnect wiring harness - 3 - from subframe.

- Open the retainer - 1 - and disconnect the connector - 2 - for the exterior mirror from the window regulator motor.

- Remove the bolts - 3 -.






- Remove exterior mirror - 1 - and guide the wire - 2 - through opening in door.

Installation

Install the exterior mirror - 1 - in reverse order of removal.






- Screw tightening specification - 3 -: 8 Nm.

• Check the window function before installing the door trim.
