Hydraulic Pump Assembly Overview


Hydraulic system is sensitive to any ingress of dirt.

Cover the components as soon as the system is opened to prevent contaminants from entering.

Gaskets must be replaced.






1 ABS Hydraulic Pump

• Connector routing, refer to => [ Hydraulic Pump Connector Assignment ] Hydraulic Pump Connector Assignment

2 Bypass screw

• If screw is loosened 1 to 2 turns, hydraulic system is depressurized and individual roof movements can be done by hand.

• Tightening specification: 2 Nm

3 Metering valves

• To remove connectors, release retaining tab.

• Removed connectors on valves should be checked before installation and replaced if necessary.

4 Oil filler screw

• Tightening specification: 2 Nm

5 Hydraulic oil reservoir

6 Mounting clamps

7 Upper sound enclosure section

8 Nut

• Tightening specification: 1.5 Nm.

9 Mounting bracket

10 Lower sound enclosure section
