8 Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor (G62)

9 O-ring

• Always replace.

20 Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor (on Radiator) (G83)

21 Connection with Hose

22 Bolt, 15 Nm

23 Coolant Thermostat Housing

• With coolant thermostat.

• Coolant thermostat, checking. Refer to "Function and Component Selection"

• Starts to open 87 °C (188.6 °F).

24 Coolant Pump

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Coolant Pump ] Service and Repair.

25 Bolt, 15 Nm

26 Nut, 8 Nm

27 Connecting Hose

28 Nut, 3.5 Nm

• For the ball head bolt.

29 Nut, 6 Nm

• For the coolant pipe.

30 Coolant Flange

31 Bolt, 10 Nm
