Engine Mount





A = 20 Nm + 90° (1/4) additional turn 1

B = 40 Nm + 90° (1/4) additional turn 1

C = 60 Nm + 90° (1/4) additional turn 1

1 Always replace

Transmission Mount





1= 40 Nm + 90° (1/4) additional turn 1

2 = 60 Nm + 90° (1/4) additional turn 1

1 Always replace

Pendulum Support





• Secure the pendulum support to the transmission first and then to the subframe.

Removing:

- First remove bolt - B -, then bolts - A -.

Installing:

- First install bolts - A -, then bolt - B -.

A = Strength category A 8.8 = 40 Nm + 90° (1/4) additional turn 1)

A = Strength category A 10.9 = 50 Nm + 90° (1/4) additional turn 1), 2)

B = 100 Nm + 90° (1/4) additional turn 1)

1) Always replace

2) On manual transmissions, only use bolts with a strength category of 10.9, if the threaded inserts (for example, Heli-Coil(R)) are installed. Identification: Section on first thread - arrow -.
