Door Hinges Assembly Overview
The nut for eccentric pin - 9 - must not be loosened under any circumstances. It cannot be secured again using workshop equipment.
• The description applies to the right side. The left side is derived accordingly from this.
• Bolts for door hinges must always be replaced after loosening.
• Hinges are no longer manufactured as separated parts.
1 Door
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Door ] Door
• Adjusting, refer to => [ Adjusting Door ] Adjusting Door
2 Guide Bolt
• 10 Nm
3 Door Hinge with Door Arrester
4 Socket Head Bolt
• 20 Nm + 1/4 additional turn (90°)
• Always replace bolt after loosening
5 Socket Head Bolt
• 20 Nm + 1/4 additional turn (90°)
• Always replace bolt after loosening
6 Socket Head Bolt
• 20 Nm + 1/4 additional turn (90°)
• Always replace bolt after loosening
7 Socket Head Bolt
• 20 Nm + 1/4 additional turn (90°)
• Always replace bolt after loosening
8 Guide Bolt
• 10 Nm
9 Nut
• For the eccentric pin
• Must not be loosened
• Used for making adjustments during production.

• Hinge is no longer manufactured as separated parts.
11 Socket Head Bolt
• 20 Nm + 1/4 additional turn (90°)
• Always replace bolt after loosening
