Secondary Air Injection System Assembly Overview







1 - 10 Nm
2 - Connecting pipe
- Observe tightening sequence

4 - Secondary air injection (AIR) solenoid valve N112
- Do not disassemble
5 - Pressure pipe
- Ensure seated tightly
- To disengage, squeeze together securing ring
6 - Bracket
7 - Gasket
8 - 10 Nm
9 - Pressure pipe
- For secondary air injection pump
- Ensure seated tightly
- To disengage, squeeze together securing ring
10 - Rubber bushing
11 - Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Pump Motor V101
12 - Bracket
- For Secondary Air Injection (AIR) pump motor V101
- For double signal horn
13 - 25 Nm
14 - 10 Nm
15 - 10 Nm
16 - Intake manifold
- Ensure seated tightly
- To disengage, squeeze together securing ring
17 - Intake manifold







Connecting tube - tightening sequence
- Replace all seals of connecting tube - A -.
- Install all bolts only hand-tight.
- Then tighten bolts - 1 - first, then bolt - 2 - and lastly bolts - 3 - to 10 Nm.
