Rear Reading Lamp

Interior Lamps and Switches

• When removing and installing components in visible area (switches, covers, trim panels), cover by taping the areas at which a prying tool (plastic sedge, screwdriver) will be positioned using commercially available adhesive tape.

Rear Reading Lamp

• Removing and installing the Left Rear Reading Lamp ( W11) and removing and installing the Right Rear Reading Lamp (W12) are identical.

CAUTION!
• Turn off the ignition and all electrical components.

• Remove the key.

• When removing and installing components in visible area (switches, covers, trim, etc.), cover by taping the areas at which a prying tool ( (VAS 3409), screwdriver) will be positioned using commercially available adhesive tape.

Removing

- Insert the (VAS 3409) or a small screwdriver behind the lens and pry out the lamp





- Disconnect electrical connector.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

- Make sure the rear reading lamp works correctly.
