^ Holding fixture VW 540





- Secure transmission to holding fixture VW 540 - arrows - and insert in holding fixture VW 313.
- To insert, workshop crane V.A.G. 1202 A with shackle 10 - 222 A /12 can be used.

CAUTION! The transmission center of gravity is outside the point of rotation of the holding fixture. When turning the transmission over, a second technician is required to hold the housing to stop the transmission from swinging back.

Note: If a transmission, filled with oil, is to be turned so that the oil pan is on top, first seal the breathers in the transmission housing.
