MIL ON, and one or more of the following DTCs are stored in the ECM data memory:

Technical Background

The Intake Flap Motor -V157- or Intake Manifold Runner Position Sensor -G336- may be inoperative. (Both are included in one single assembly.)

Production Solution

Improved the manufacturing process for the Intake Flap Motor -V157- and Intake Manifold Runner Position Sensor -G336-.

Service





^ Verify if Intake Flap Motor V157 part number 06F 133 482 E is installed (Figure 1).

^ If Intake Flap Motor V157 (06F 133 482 E) is not installed:

^ Replace Intake Flap Motor and perform basic setting Channel 142.

If Intake Flap Motor V157 (06F 133 482 E) is already installed:

This TSB does not apply, repair vehicle as per GFF diagnostic result.
