Exhaust System, Installing

• Align exhaust system when cold.

- Loosen connections - 3 and 4 - on front clamping sleeve - 1 -.





- Align front clamping sleeve - 1 - to marking - A - on front exhaust pipe - 2 - (- arrow - faces in direction of travel).

• Dimension - a - = 5 mm

• The connections must be at the right and must not project beyond the lower edge of the clamping sleeve.

- Hand tighten front connection - 3 - on clamping sleeve.

- Push exhaust system far enough forward so that the pre-tension at the retaining loop at rear muffler dimension - a -, 15 to 17 mm.





- In this position, evenly tighten connections - 3 and 4 - on clamping sleeves to 25 Nm.

- Install clamping sleeve so that bolt end - arrow - does not project beyond lower edge of clamping sleeve.

• Threaded connection points toward the right.
