Radiator Grille

Removing





- Remove bolts - 2, 3 and 4 -.

- Remove radiator grille - 1 - upward out of bumper cover.

- Disconnect harness connectors of installed electrical components.

Installation





- Connect harness connectors of installed electrical components.

- Insert radiator grille - 1 - into bumper cover.

- Install bolts - 2, 3 and 4 -.

Emblem

Removing

- Unhook the hooks - arrows - on the back of the emblem - 2 - with radiator grille - 1 - removed.





- Slightly turn the emblem - 2 - in direction of - arrow - and pull it out of the radiator grille - 1 -.

Installation

- Insert the emblem - 2 - into the radiator grille - 1 -.





- Turn the emblem - 2 - slightly in - direction of arrow -, until it - 2 - latches with the radiator grille - 1 -.

Emblem, Vehicle with Adaptive Cruise Control

Removing

Retaining ring - 3 - is only installed on Highline version.

- Release the upper catch on the back of the emblem - 4 - with radiator grille removed - 1 -.





- Remove the emblem - 4 - and the lower catches- arrow a - from the retaining ring - 3 - or from the radiator grille - 1 -.

- To remove retaining ring - 3 -, both catches - arrow b - in radiator grille - 1 - must be released.

Installation

• Before installing the emblem, see the information regarding the Adaptive Cruise Control Sensor - 2 -

Highline Version

- Press retaining ring - 3 - into radiator grille - 1 - until both catches engage - arrow b -.





All Versions

- Place the emblem - 4 - with lower catches - arrow b - into the retaining ring - 3 - or into the radiator grille - 1 -.

- Press the emblem - 2 - into the retaining ring - 3 - or into the radiator grille - 1 - until the catches engage.

License Plate Holder

Removing





- Remove clips - 2 - and remove license plate holder - 1 - from radiator grille - 3 -.

Installation





With holes present

- Place license plate holder - 1 - on radiator grille - 3 - and press in clips - 2 -.

With no holes present

• On vehicles with front parking assist, - depth dimension a - of 12 mm must be maintained when boring holes.

• The parking assist wiring harness - 3 - is routed at the height of the upper bore hole on the bumper carrier - 5 -.

- Center license plate holder - 1 - to radiator grille - 3 -.

- Set drill machine depth stop to - dimension a - of 12 mm and drill holes.

- Place license plate holder - 1 - on radiator grille - 3 - and press in clips - 2 -.
