Subframe and Final Drive Assembly Overview, AWD

Note:
^ It is possible to replace the rubber bonded bushings on aluminum subframes only.
^ If the rubber bonded bushing on the steel subframe is faulty, then the entire subframe must be replaced.





1- Subframe
^ Different versions: Aluminum and steel
2- Nut
^ 50 Nm plus an additional 180° turn
^ Always replace after removal
3- Spacer sleeve
^ Between subframe front bonded rubber bushings and body
4- Rear bonded rubber bushing
5- Front bonded rubber bushing
6- Crossmember
^ Deleted on steel subframe
7- Hex head bolt
^ M10 x 115
8- Final drive
9- Bolt
^ M12 x 1.5 x 85
^ 60 Nm plus an additional 90° turn
^ Always replace after removal
10- Washer
^ installed between final drive and subframe
11- Washer
^ Washer must be placed with holes on tabs of bonded rubber bushing
12- Bolt
^ M12 x 1.5 x 85
^ 60 Nm plus an additional 90° turn
^ Always replace after removal
13- Bracket
