1 Bolt

• Transmission support to transmission

• Tightening specifications

2 Screws

• Pendulum supports to transmission

• Replace

• Strength category 8.8 = 40 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn) additional turn

• Strength category 10.9 = 50 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn) additional turn 1)

• On the 2.0L manual transmission engine, only use bolts with strength category 10.9, if thread inserts (for example HeliCoil) are installed. Identification: Section on the first thread => [ Section on the first thread with mounted thread
insert (for example HeliCoil) ]

3 Engine support

4 Bolt

• Engine support to engine

• Replace

• 40 Nm + 180° (1/2) turn.

5 Engine mount

6 Bolt

• Engine mount to body

• Replace

• 40 Nm + 90° (1/4) turn.

7 Support

8 Bolt

• Support to engine mount

• Replace

• 20 Nm + 90° (1/4) turn.

9 Bolt

• Support to body

• Replace

• 20 Nm + 90° (1/4) turn.

10 Bolt

• Engine mount to body

• Replace

• 40 Nm + 90° (1/4) turn.

11 Screws

• Engine mount to engine support

• Replace

• 60 Nm + 90° (1/4) turn.

12 Pendulum supports

13 Bolt

• Pendulum supports to subframe

• First install pendulum support to the transmission and then to the subframe

• Replace

• 100 Nm + 90° (1/4) turn.

14 Bolt

• Transmission mount to transmission support

• Replace

• 60 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn) further

15 Bolt

• Transmission mount to body

• Replace

• 40 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn) further

16 Transmission mount

• Illustration shows version for direct shift automatic transmission.

17 Bolt

• Transmission support to transmission

• Tightening specifications

18 Gearbox Support

Section on the first thread with mounted thread insert (for example HeliCoil)
