Haldex Clutch, Checking Function

• Dynamometer present.

• Parking brake completely released - indicator lamp off.

- Switch dynamometer off and ensure rollers turn freely.

- Slowly drive the front wheels onto the rollers.

- Take foot off the brake pedal and slowly press the accelerator slightly.

Even at slightly elevated speeds, the vehicle must try to drive off the rollers. The Haldex clutch function then is OK.
