Select "Guided Fault Finding" on Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System (VAS 5051) (or succeeding model).

After all control modules have been interrogated:

- Press "Go to" button.

- Select "Function/component selection".

- Select "Body".

- "Heating, ventilation, air conditioning (Repair Group 01; 80 to 87)".

- Select "01 - On Board Diagnostic (OBD) capable systems".

- Select "Climatronic" or "Climatic".

- Select "Functions"

- "Basic setting".

- "Check coolant output".

- "Read measured value block".
