HVAC Blower Only Operates on High Speed (U.S. ONLY)

Fresh air blower runs only at highest level.

Technical Background

Because of permanent frost and snowfall fine snow can get into the fresh air blower via the air intake. During a stationary period the thawing water freezes in the pan and blocks the blower motor. The fused circuit of the resistor opens and the blower levels 1-3 do not work.

Production Solution

Optimized fresh air blower from week November / 2009.
