Backrest Mounting

Removing

- Remove backrest:

• left => [ Left Seat Backrest ] Left Seat Backrest

• right => [ Right Seat Backrest ] Right Seat Backrest

- Fold left seat bench forward.

- Remove bolts - 1 -, - 2 -, - 3 - and - 4 - (20 Nm).

• The bolts are microencapsulated and must therefore be replaced after every removal.

• Before installing the new bolts, the threads of the corresponding nuts must be cleaned.

- Remove backrest mounting from vehicle.





Installation

- To install, perform the steps used for removal in reverse order.

• During installation, bolts must be installed in the order - 1 -, - 2 -, - 3 - and - 4 -. The tightening specification is 20 Nm.
