1 Driver Exterior Mirror Turn Signal Lamp (L131) and Front Passenger Exterior Mirror Turn Signal Lamp (L132)
2 Driver Entry Lamp in Exterior Mirror (W52) or Front Passenger Entry Lamp in Exterior Rearview Mirror (W53)

• Lamp for mirror flasher and access lamp in exterior mirror can be checked via output Diagnostic Test Mode (DTM) of driver door control module (J386) and front passenger door control module (J387).

DTC Recognition and Display

Driver door control module and front passenger door control module are equipped with On Board Diagnostics (OBD) which assists troubleshooting.

The "Guided Fault Finding" function is to be used for troubleshooting of the systems as described in => [ Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information Systems ] Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information Systems.

General Description

The mirror turn signals are installed in the exterior rearview mirror housing.

There is also an entry lamp in each of the exterior rearview mirror housings which illuminates the dark area around the opened driver and passenger doors.
